Adult LED Light-Up Toothbrush Overview

An adult-size manual toothbrush with a button-activated LED module injection-molded into the handle. Pressing the button on the lower handle switches on the LED, which lights the translucent PP barrel from within.The head is a standard 14-tuft soft-nylon bristle layout on an 18.5 cm handle weighing 20.5 g. It runs on our existing manual-toothbrush production line, which means the same MOQ, color-matching, and delivery process as our core toothbrush ranges.

One Mold, Three Light Colors
The LED module and translucent barrel are injection-molded in-house. Purple, blue, and green output share one tooling set — buyers can split colors by market, event, or SKU without additional mold investment.
Standard Adult Spec on a Proven Line
